Safe Pick Up is a registered trademark belonging to GRUPO ZER, SRL. The Safe Pick Up platform is operated by GRUPO ZER, SRL, a commercial company organized and existing in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, holder of the National Taxpayer Registry no. 1-32-54446-3, and with registered office located at Paseo de los Locuores no. 53, Evaristo Morales, Santo Domingo, National District.

Safe Pick Up is a digital platform designed to assist educational and recreational institutions during the student dispatch and pick-up process by their managers.

These terms and conditions regulate the use that you will make of the digital platform in all presentations of the software, whether via the website www.safepickup.app or app.

The member requests the services of Safe Pick Up, authorizing Safe Pick Up to coordinate with the educational or recreational institution and mother/father or guardian, the schedule of dispatch and delivery of the minor to the person responsible for picking him/her up, prior affiliation with GRUPO ZER, SRL, and consents to the collection and use of the information of the educational institution, student, parents, guardians, responsible, including but not limited to names, contact, student ID, classroom, teachers, and information contained in the educational system that allows the use of the platform. The confidentiality of said information is important to Grupo ZER, SRL and will remain confidential, in accordance with Law No. 172-13 on the protection of personal data.

It is the affiliate's responsibility to provide correct information and keep their username and password confidential, as well as any activity on their account that results from not having protected their information or device(s).

Other information that is usually shared in practice during the use of websites, apps and online services will be collected when you use the software, such as device type, IP address, browser type , internet server, access to the device's GPS. mobile, information that will be used only to provide services and improve our software.

You acknowledge that Safe Pick Up does not assume the responsibilities that are inherent to incorrect information on the part of the affiliate. The person responsible for the information is the affiliate.

Under no circumstances will it be understood that the affiliate has an employment relationship with Grupo ZER, SRL.

The seller undertakes to comply with all tax obligations associated with the type of service, if applicable.

The user acknowledges that during use there are risk factors inherent to the operation of the Internet but GRUPO ZER, SRL will inform the user as soon as it becomes aware of any error or problem on the platform, to guarantee consumer protection rights.

The illegal use of our software is prohibited under the laws in force in the Dominican Republic in relation to the protection of children and adolescents, industrial and intellectual property, data protection and privacy, electronic crimes and cybersecurity.

The content on our platform, including but not limited to: software, design, art, logos and other distinctive signs and information, is the exclusive property of GRUPO ZER, SRL. Consequently, it is prohibited to copy or use them without authorization by Grupo ZER, SRL.

By reading and accepting the terms and conditions by clicking on the platform and using the services of this platform, you expressly and automatically become legally bound by these terms and conditions.
